Qualification Details

Anyone interested in expanding their knowledge and comprehension of the goals of business, management, and leadership is eligible for this qualification. With it, they will be able to manage and lead teams and individuals, create strategic plans, and oversee strategic change inside organizations or business environments. A manager with this qualification can work in a variety of industries and occupations.

The length of the certification

You have up to a year to finish the requirements. The majority of students finish their certification in seven months. Some students do finish sooner than expected.

Content of the Certification

Six units make up the qualification:
Unit 1: Fundamentals of leadership and management
Unit 2: Planning and Strategic Management of Business
Unit 3: Making Strategic Decisions
Unit 4: Hiring and Selecting Employees
Unit 5: Management of Marketing
Unit 6: Learn How to Control Work Activities to Boost Productivity in the Office.

A wide number of subjects are covered in the qualification, such as marketing, decision-making, human resources, strategic planning, and management and leadership concepts.

Activities for Qualification Assessment

The completion of assignments, personal statements, and proof generated while holding a managerial position are used to evaluate the qualification.

Admission Conditions

You have to:
Possess sufficient reading, writing, and communication abilities to fulfill the qualification’s requirements. You should also be able to finish the written examinations to a high quality.
